Internal Sales Executive

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Based in West Hull

Salary: Up to £24000 plus uncapped bonus

Hours: Mon – Fri and 8am until 5pm

Additional pay: Attractive bonus scheme, Performance bonus, Yearly bonus

Benefits: Pension, On-site parking, 25 days (plus Bank Hols)

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a large Hull based distributor as they expand their sales team. The role is for an Internal Sales Executive to join their sales team and develop new business within the Hull and surrounding areas and look after a portfolio of profitable accounts.

As the Internal Account Executive you will report in to the Sales Manager and be responsible for the following:

* Ensure inbound enquiries are responded to in a timely manner, and followed up effectively, adhering to the companies sales processes and ensuring outstanding customer experience.

* Develop and manage your own core customer account list, building relationships with our customers and maximising customer value in line with commercial objectives.

* Proactively develop relationships with new prospective customers

* Demonstrate good commercial judgement, negotiating profitable sales, protecting, and growing sales margin in line with the company business plan.

* Be required to achieve monthly revenue and activity objectives.

The successful Internal Account Executive:

* A customer focussed mindset, ensuring they deliver a premium experience

* High levels of organisation, ability to prioritise effectively, maintaining accurate records and with good attention to detail.

* Resilience, tenacity and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

* Excellent communication skills - able to hold commercial conversations with business owners, decision makers and influencers.

* Competent with IT - able to use MS Office and quickly learn our CRM systems.

* A willingness to learn and reflect on where you could improve or develop

This Internal Sales Executive position is an excellent opportunity to gain entry in to a large PLC who offers real opportunity to develop in to senior leadership positions, not only in their Hull branch but UK wide.
