Internal Sales Executive
Neath
To £28k depending on experience plus bonus
We are looking for a Lead Generator to join our client’s growing Sales team. You will play a key role in identifying new opportunities, qualifying leads, building relationships and helping drive business growth.
The company is entering an exciting period of growth, expanding into new markets and developing their product range. This is a great opportunity to join an established business with ambitious plans for the future.
The Role
* Handle inbound and outbound enquiries by phone and email
* Identify and qualify sales opportunities
* Nurture prospects and follow up warm leads
* Maintain accurate lead information within the CRM
* Work with Marketing to maximise campaign opportunities
* Follow up quotes and close smaller orders independently
* Work towards agreed lead-generation and sales targets
The person
* Ideally, you will have 1–2 years experience in either telesales, lead generation or inside sales,
* Confident and engaging on the phone
* Organised and commercially minded
* Comfortable using CRM and digital tools
* Keen to learn, develop and take coaching
