Responsibilities:
Increase our client's membership base by leveraging telesales techniques and strategies outlined in our sales plan.
Utilise both inbound and outbound telesales to drive membership growth.
Convert initial interest into full membership by effectively managing the sales process.
Stay up to date with our client's range of products and services to effectively communicate their value to potential members.
Ensure every potential member receives a positive sales experience, showcasing our client's commitment to customer satisfaction.
Keep accurate records of sales activities in the CRM system and provide timely reports as required.
Maintain knowledge of competitor activity to identify opportunities for differentiation and improvement.
Achieve individual sales targets by employing exceptional communication, questioning, and listening skills.
Safeguard personal data in compliance with Data Protection legislation and participate in training on GDPR.Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience in telephone sales, ideally selling products and services to individuals or SMEs.
Familiarity with both cold calling and following up on warm leads.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, as well as experience with CRM systems.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Outstanding telephone manner and ability to build positive rapport with potential members.
Self-motivated with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
Effective time management and priority-setting abilities.
