Our client is a dynamic and expanding business located in Wolverhampton, who are currently seeking passionate individuals to join their growing team.

Job Title: Internal Sales Executive

This is a fantastic opportunity for proactive and experienced professionals to join the business during a period of growth. You will be part of a supportive team, focusing on delivering outstanding customer service and driving sales.

Hours of work will be 9am - 5.30pm (Monday to Friday). Starting salary is £25,000 per annum.

As Internal Sales Executive, your key responsibilities will include:

Enter and manage orders received using the specialised CRM system.
Address and resolve incoming queries through phone and email efficiently and courteously.
Maintain and grow their customer base by nurturing existing relationships and actively seeking new clients.
Update and maintain customer database records to ensure information is accurate and current.
Provide customers with product information and suggest suitable alternatives based on their needs.
Build strong customer relationships by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of orders.
Log and resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and effectively.

To be successful in the position of Internal Sales Executive, you will possess the following skills and experience:

Highly organised, confident, and able to handle pressure effectively.
Sales experience is essential.
Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently.
Collaborative team player who can identify opportunities for business growth.
Proficient in MS Office applications.
Self-starter with a proactive approach.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Detail-oriented and precise in work.
Motivated and passionate about customer service.
Enthusiastic and effective team member.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

This position is based in Wolverhampton and is easily commutable from Walsall, Dudley, Bloxwich, Bridgnorth, Cannock, Penkridge and Telford.
