Description:

An internal office base sales role promoting a leading range of building materials. Both existing account management and new business winning, selling into regional house builders, local developers, contractors, installers and builders.

Package: £25k-£28k basic with a commission / bonus scheme tbc, 24 days holiday and company pension
Location: Tamworth
Selling: Roofline building materials, PVC and aluminium window and door systems, decking and cladding
Customers: Regional house builders, local developers, contractors, installers and builders

THE ROLE – Internal Sales Executive:

* An internal office base sales role promoting a leading range of building materials, that include fascias, soffits, guttering, drainage, windows, doors, decking and cladding

* Dealing with trade customers, from regional house builders, local developers, contractors, installers and builders

* You will inheriting a small portfolio of accounts to account manage and develop, as well as having a database of lapsed and low spending account to ring around and win back

* You’ll have access to the quotations that their branch network has generated but not followed up on, to qualify and win business from

* Whilst also having lead generation software for you prospect and win new business from

THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT – Internal Sales Executive:

* Most importantly you will already have internal sales experience

* Applicants with a construction / building materials background will be readily received

* Although this is not essential and my client is more interested in hiring someone with the right attitude and motivation

* You will be proactive and target driven, with excellent communication skills

* An organised and structured self-starter, that enjoys working in a fun and lively environment, and being on the phone developing long-lasting business relationships
