Internal Sales Executive – Commercial Plumbing & Heating
Location: Enfield, North London
Salary: £35,000–£40,000
My client is looking for two experienced Internal Sales Executives to join their established team in Enfield. This is an opportunity for individuals with commercial plumbing and heating experience to work with trade customers and contractors on substantial commercial projects.
The Role
*
Pricing commercial plumbing, heating and bathroom projects.
*
Preparing quotations and responding to customer enquiries.
*
Advising customers on suitable products and specifications.
*
Handling telephone enquiries from plumbing and heating contractors.
*
Building and maintaining relationships with commercial customers.
*
Supporting customers throughout the quotation and ordering process.
*
Working on projects across hotels, offices, hospitals and high-rise developments.
*
Managing multiple enquiries while ensuring quotations are accurate and delivered promptly.

Established plumbing and building supplies merchant.
*
Enfield branch part of a wider national plumbing and building supplies group.
*
Supplying plumbing, heating, bathroom and associated building products.
*
Established trade customer base and an experienced sales team of eight.
*
Involved in supplying products for a range of commercial developments.
The Person
*
Previous commercial sales experience is essential.
*
Experience within commercial plumbing and heating is highly desirable.
*
Background in plumbing merchants, heating merchants or building supplies.
*
Experience selling bathroom products or sanitaryware.
*
Knowledge of commercial project quotations or estimating.
*
Experience dealing with plumbing contractors, M&E contractors or commercial trade customers.
*
Confident telephone manner and strong customer service skills.
*
Good commercial awareness and attention to detail.
*
Able to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
*
Organised, proactive and capable of managing multiple enquiries.
Salary & Working Hours
*
£35,000–£40,000, depending on experience.
*
Monday to Friday, 7:30am–5:00pm.
*
Saturday working on a one-in-five rota.
*
Based in Enfield, North London
