Internal Sales / Estimating Manager
£60,000 - £70,000 + Bonus + Progression + Hybrid Working + Excellent Benefits
Hayes, Middlesex (Commutable from: Uxbridge, Slough, West Drayton, Hounslow, Feltham and surrounding areas)
Do you have Technical Sales / Estimating experience, within a manufacturing or construction industry, looking to join an award-winning British manufacturer, where you can progress your career in a fully autonomous role with the chance to increase earnings through a company bonus?

This specialist manufacturer operates at a multi-million-pound turnover, supplying advanced equipment across a wide range of industries, including rail and transport networks, in the public and private sector. With exciting plans for the future, they are looking for a driven individual to take ownership of incoming enquiries, develop new business and deliver accurate technical quotations to their clients.
In this varied role, you will manage incoming enquiries, analyse drawings and specifications, liaise with customers, produce costings and quotations, and follow up proposals through to order. You will work closely with experienced managers and directors, with hybrid working available.
This role would suit someone with sales and estimating experience in engineering led products, looking for technical development, full autonomy, and the opportunity to increase earnings through bonuses.
The Role:
* Handling incoming enquiries and managing projects from quote through to order
* Producing cost build ups, quotations, and following up to secure new business
* Monday to Friday (8.00am to 4.30pm) with hybrid working available
The Person:
* Sales and estimating experience within engineering led products or construction industry
* Comfortable reading technical drawings and producing detailed quotation
* Commutable to Hayes
