Internal Sales Coordinator
Telford
Monday - Thursday
Friday
circa £27,000 plus benefits
If you would like to work in a busy and expanding company where you can write your own future and would like to get involved in all aspects of the business, this is the role for you.
Job role / duties
• Based in the main office you will be the first point of call for all visitors
• Answer the telephone, deal with queries and take messages
• Transfer quotes onto Sage
• Receive orders via email
• Check prices for accuracy and stock availability
• Deal with price and stock queries and process orders
• Liaise with Head Office in Europe regarding customer queries
• Handle import/export paperwork once trained
• Assist with other duties in the office and warehouse when needed
To be considered for this role you MUST:
• Be willing and quick to learn
• Enjoy working in a small and busy team
• Want to take on responsibility once trained
• Have excellent written and verbal commutation skills
• be numerate and literate
• Have a good standard of computer literacy
