Our client is now looking to appoint customer focussed Internal Sales Coordinator with an outgoing, organised personality, to work within their busy customer sales support team, with a view of expanding their career in the future. The role is commutable from West Hull, Grimsby, Scunthorpe, Immingham, and Barton.
Reporting to the manager of this division the Internal Sales Coordinator will be responsible for processing incoming orders and liaising with customers and colleagues at all levels. The Internal Sales Coordinator will provide customer support and advice, account management, and will become heavily involved throughout the supply chain process, ensuring orders are met on time in full.
Main Duties & Responsibilities for the Internal Sales Coordinator:
* Managing incoming sales enquiries in a professional manner from prospective and existing customers
* Processing customer orders and working with other departments to ensure efficiency and order fulfilment
* Communicating and working as a team with other departments to avoid or solve problems
* Responding to customer requests for product information and job pricing
* Supporting the Field Customer Service Team with customer enquiries and orders
* Assisting in ensuring the smooth running of the order processing facility
* Providing excellent customer service, both internally and externally
Skills & Knowledge required for the Internal Sales Coordinator
* Good verbal and written communication
* A good numerical standard as calculating product costs will be trained
* Computer literate with a good understanding of Microsoft software
* A proactive and ‘can do’ attitude
* Ability to build good working relationships
* High levels of accuracy and good attention to detail
