Internal Sales Coordinator

circa £27,000 plus benefits
Working for an expanding and busy UK arm of a global manufacturer, you will be involved in a variety of tasks, have good training in the UK & overseas, be part of a great business and with hard work and focus, can write your own future.
Job role / duties
Act as first point of call for visitors, customers and suppliers
Take calls from clients and deal with their queries, escalating where necessary.
Receive sakes orders by phone and email and input onto the CRM
Transfer quotes onto Sage
Check database for prices and stock availability
Liaise with Head Office in Europe regarding customer queries as well as UK Sales Manager
Handle import/export paperwork once trained
Assist with other duties in the office and warehouse when needed
To be considered for this role you MUST:
• Be willing and quick to learn
• Enjoy working in a small and busy team
• Want to take on responsibility once trained
• Have excellent written and verbal commutation skills
• Be numerate and literate
• Have a good standard of computer literacy
