Description:
We are pleased to be recruiting on behalf of a manufacturer, based on the outskirts of Cambridge, who are seeking an Internal Sales Co-Ordinator to join their team. This is a customer-focused role where you will play a key part in driving sales, developing strong customer relationships and ensuring every enquiry is handled promptly, accurately and professionally.
Key Duties:
* Develop new and existing customer relationships through proactive sales outreach, account management and follow-up.
* Identify opportunities to grow sales through cross-selling, upselling and account development.
* Process customer orders accurately and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth fulfilment.
* Handle customer enquiries professionally, resolving queries where possible and ensuring they are followed through to completion.
* Maintain accurate customer and sales records across CRM systems.
Previous Skills & Experience:
* Previous experience in internal sales, customer service or account management
* Confident communicator with a customer-focused approach
* Excellent organisation and attention to detail
* Good IT skills and experience using CRM systems
* Self-motivated, proactive and able to work to deadlines
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team
