Salary: £27,000 per annum

Location: Wrexham

 Permanent role working 8:30am-5:00pm (M - Th) and 8.30am-2.00pm (F)

The Role

Our client is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Internal Sales Administrator to join their busy team in Wrexham. This varied role will see you acting as a key point of contact for customers while providing essential support to both the Internal Sales Team and External Area Sales Managers.

Key Responsibilities

Handling inbound customer calls and enquiries
Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
Resolving customer queries and providing outstanding service
Supporting the Internal Sales Team and External Area Sales Managers
Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
Ensuring customer records and order information are kept up to date
