Role & Responsibilities:
Promptly respond to customer enquiries
Select and advise customers on suitable product selection
Develop and maintain customer relations
Promptly respond to customer enquiries by telephone and e-mails
Prepare quotations from either Price Lists or from supplier costs
To accurately prepare quotations ensuring accurate delivery considering available stock
To process orders in the ERP system.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
Previous experience in an Internal Sales or Technical Sales role
Ideally manufacturing experience
Ability to read and understand technical specifications and engineering drawings
