Salary: circa £25,000 per annum
Location: Cardiff
Employment type: 12-month fixed term contract, potential for extension.

Essential Requirements and Responsibilities:

Strong administrative skills with 6 months to 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
Exposure to recruitment processes is desirable.
Ability to manage a high volume of back-office tasks, including HR and recruitment-related administration across the business.
Experience in the construction/rail/engineering industry is a plus but not essential.
Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with team members and other stakeholders.
Proven ability to work independently, maintaining a high level of productivity and organisation.
Proficient in Microsoft office.
Additional Information:

This is a fixed-term contract covering maternity leave, with the potential for extension beyond 12 months.
Initial 3 months' probation period with full-time office attendance required. After successful completion of the probation, a hybrid working arrangement will be available (3 days in the office, 2 days remote).
Candidates must be local or willing to relocate to the area to ensure easy access to the office.
This role will provide great exposure to the inner workings of an internal HR/recruitment team in an engineering & construction business. This role's primary objective is supporting the busy recruitment team with CV sourcing, organising of interviews, taking job briefs; communicating with the internal team, hiring managers, and candidates alike.
