Position: Internal Recruiter
Contract Type: Temporary, Full Time
Pay: £18 per hour + Holiday Pay + Benefits
Locations: Plumstead, London (with travel to Romford & East London required)

Are you an experienced recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment? Adecco Romford & London East are looking for a confident and proactive Internal Recruiter to manage the attraction, interviewing and hiring of professional drivers across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing through to onboarding
Conduct telephone, virtual and face-to-face interviews
Source and attract candidates through a variety of recruitment channels
Build and maintain talent pipelines to support ongoing hiring needs
Coordinate compliance checks and onboarding processesWhat We're Looking For

Previous experience in internal recruitment, talent acquisition or agency recruitment
Confident conducting interviews and assessing candidate suitability
Experience managing multiple vacancies in a fast-paced environment
Driving, transport or logistics recruitment experience/knowledge would be highly advantageousIf you're a motivated recruiter with strong interviewing skills and a passion for finding great talent, we'd love to hear from you.
