Are you an experienced recruiter with a knack for identifying top talent?
If so, Moxie People is seeking a dynamic Internal Recruiter to join the team of our client, to play a key role in their recruitment process. If you thrive in a busy environment and are passionate about finding the right candidates, we want to hear from you!
Role: Internal Recruiter
Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 per annum
Location: Hybrid / Cardiff
12-month FTC (with the potential for extension)
Key Responsibilities include:
Develop a deep understanding of business requirements to identify suitable candidates.
Proactively source candidates using various resources.
Create and review job advertisements and opportunities.
Collaborate with stakeholders to review and update job descriptions.
Manage and update the jobs page on the website.
Review and respond to applicants, organise interviews, and maintain job boards.
Conduct interviews, manage recruitment paperwork, and ensure GDPR compliance.
Organise and deliver induction programs for new starters.
What you'll need:
Proven end to end recruitment experience (i.e. advert creation, CV sifting, booking interviews etc)
Ability to build effective internal and external stakeholder relationships
Attention to detail and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and teamworking skills.
