Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective internal control policies and procedures to identify and mitigate risks.
Conduct regular audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Provide training and guidance to employees on internal control processes.
Monitor key control indicators and report on any deviations or weaknesses.
Stay updated on industry best practises and emerging trends in internal controls.

Skills and Qualifications:

A proven track record as an accountant with experience in internal controls.
