Interim Communications Specialist
Belfast | On-Site | 6-Month Contract
Inventum Group is partnering with a global manufacturing organisation to recruit an Interim Communications Specialist to support a major business transformation and integration programme.
This is a hands-on role for an experienced communications professional who can quickly step into a fast-paced environment, build communications activity from the ground up, and deliver clear, engaging messaging during a period of significant change
.
Key Responsibilities
Lead communications activity for a newly established Belfast operation.
Develop and deliver change, transformation and integration communications plans
Create key messaging and communications materials for employees and stakeholders
Establish new internal communications channels and tools
Support colleague onboarding and engagement throughout the transition
Partner with project teams, leaders, and communications colleagues to ensure consistent messaging.
Align local communications with wider UK and global communications framework

About
You 5+ years' communications experience.
Proven background in change communications, transformation or M&A environments.
Able to hit the ground running and quickly build credibility with stakeholders.
Experience launching communications channels, campaigns and engagement initiatives.
Strong content creation, copywriting and storytelling skills.
Comfortable operating in a manufacturing, engineering or operational environment.Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
