Duties of the Group Internal Communications and Engagement Executive

Develop and implement internal communication strategies and plans.
Coordinate with different departments to ensure consistent messaging.
Foster employee engagement through innovative initiatives.
Write, edit and distribute creative and engaging content
Produce high quality content including graphics, photography, film and presentations, that tell the brand story
Organise and execute internal events to boost team morale and cohesion.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of communication strategies.
Collaborate with the marketing and agency department on various projects.
Work with HR in how to drive future talent, through creating a brand storyProfile

A successful Internal Communications and Engagement Executive should have:

A degree in English, Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in internal communications and employee engagement.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in using communication platforms and tools.
Ability to work well in a team, as well as independently.Job Offer
