Simon Acres Group are pleased to work with a leading Supplier of kitchen components and complete kitchens based in Greater Manchester, who are looking for a

Internal Business Development Executive.

Salary: £27,000 Basic - £39,000 OTE

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with your ASM’s to ensure all customers are contacted within the agreed cycle.

Assist in the development and growth of our existing database.

Manage new customer business internally for an interim period.

Promote the Company’s brand portfolio and its value proposition to increase awareness within the customer base.

Make outbound sales calls to understand customer needs and identify opportunities for the company to gain business.

Handle customer inquiries on products, pricing, delivery schedules, and more.

Work closely with ASMs on developing new and target customers.

Conduct pricing comparisons against competitors to ensure market share gains.

Collaborate with ASMs to grow existing low and nil spending customers.

Accurately process orders onto Access Supply Chain.

Manage online ordering.

Process credit card payments for orders as needed.

Manage incoming and outgoing calls to high-quality business standards.

Follow up on quotes.

Ensure exceptional care for all clients.

Maintain strong commercial awareness aligned with the business strategy.

Host site visits for customers.

Attend customer premises.

Network with customers and prospects to generate referral business.

Keep CRM systems updated and accurate.

Conduct handover meetings for accounts being transferred to Sales Admin/Kitchen Quotes.

Prospect new business for your zone.

Follow up on promotions with your customer base.

Work closely with customers to promote rebates, displays, and samples to align with their business.

Review customer discounts.

Candidate Specifications:

Sales-driven with a high level of motivation to succeed.

Excellent communication skills.

Desire to build strong relationships with customers.

Demonstrate a positive and consistent approach to all potential clients and colleagues.

Experience in Business Development/Sales.

Committed to achieving and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Able to prioritize workload.

Ambitious, enthusiastic, competitive, and results-driven individual and team member.

Proven track record of B2B sales.

IT literate.
