Due to expansion of their client base, there is a requirement for an Account Manager to get immediately stuck in and develop their own area, as part of the wider Sales function.
  
Working directly with an area of longstanding clients, your role is to focus on expansion and retainment – ensuring all customers are satisfied whilst also further developing their revenue.

Work alongside the field sales department to increase sales activity across the UK
Develop and implement sales processes to support with business understanding
Identify new opportunities for selling to existing clients using a variety of methods (phone calls, email communication, LinkedIn engagement)
Spot sales trends and feed this back to management to develop further sales strategies
To be successful in working with a company who can deliver a focused approach to their employees and customers, you'll need passion and expertise within sales and a determination to succeed.

Experience within new business sales, lead generation or account management
A passion to deliver an excellent service and an organised business approach
Confidence in communication, both written and verbal means
Understanding of Microsoft Office packages
A personable, approachable manner
A go getting attitude with a determined nature
