Internal Account Manager

I am working with a client to recruit multiple Internal Account Managers to join a successful and growing business based in Normanton. This is a relationship-focused role where you'll manage existing customer accounts, identify opportunities to grow business and provide an exceptional service experience.
Key Responsibilities

Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers
Managing a portfolio of customer accounts
Identifying opportunities to increase product usage and customer spend
Supporting customers with quotes, enquiries and product information
Carrying out proactive outbound calls to existing and prospective customers
Working towards individual and team sales targets
Maintaining accurate customer records and activity updates
Collaborating with colleagues to deliver excellent customer outcomesWe're keen to hear from candidates with experience in:
