Internal Account Manager - Print / Packaging / Labels
Location: Sittingbourne
Salary: DOE
Company: An excellent opportunity has arisen for an internal account manager to join a well-established company, predominately working on food and beverage packaging and labels.
Role The role will be responsible for looking after customers and accounts from initial enquiry t to completion.
* Ensuring a first-class service is consistently provided with professionalism and enthusiasm
* Manage and maintain project and job status trackers
* Customer facing - answering phones, emails, meeting customers
* To be responsible for producing quotes and estimates
* Raising purchase orders
* Estimating and negotiating
* Liasing confidently with clients
Requirements:
* Packaging / Print or labels industry experience would be preferred
* Proven customer service experience as an account coordinator / manager, ideally within a print / packaging or labels company
* Technical knowledge or printing processes – highly preferred
* Experience with purchase orders, purchasing and estimating
* Accuracy and fine attention to detail, particularly when under pressure
* Possesses a desire to understand customer and colleague’ requirements
* Uses initiative when approaching new tasks, tackling problems and prioritising workload
* Team collaboration skills
* Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
