Job Description

Manage and grow relationships with new and existing customers, including contractors and distribution partners.
Identify new business opportunities and increase sales within your assigned region.
Prepare quotations and convert opportunities into profitable orders.
Work closely with the external sales team to win new business and support customer growth.
Maintain accurate CRM records, provide sales forecasts, and deliver excellent customer service.

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications

Over 2 years of experience in internal sales or account management, ideally within the M&E, building services, pump, or merchant sectors.
Good technical understanding of pumping systems engineered products, or clean water and heating systems.
Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills with a commercial mindset.
Confident using CRM systems to manage customer relationships and sales pipelines.
Self-motivated, proactive, and driven to achieve and exceed sales targets.
