With clients across a number of sectors and a very low staff turnover rate this represents an opportunity for engineers to get alot of Stage 4 design experience.
Not only that but engineers will be encouraged to go out on site and learn about installations with the commissioning team.
Facilities are also excellent within the office with a plotter, a talk wall and top notch software programmes.
