Intermediate Architectural Technologist
Location: Manchester
Salary: £30-34,000
We are working with a well-established and highly respected architectural practice with offices across the UK, who are looking to appoint an Intermediate Architectural Technologist to join their Manchester team.
The practice has a varied portfolio spanning mixed-use, retail, healthcare and leisure developments. This is a great opportunity for a technologist with solid Revit experience to step up in responsibility, working on fast-paced, high-volume projects with strong support, clear progression and the chance to build your client-facing experience.

Key Responsibilities
Producing technical drawings and construction information in Revit
Supporting project delivery across RIBA Stages 3-6, with increasing ownership of packages and details as you progress
Working on retail developments for a major supermarket client
Coordinating with consultants, contractors and internal project teams
Managing your own workload across several live projects, with guidance from senior colleagues
Attending client meetings and site visits where required
Ensuring information complies with UK Building Regulations and relevant industry standards
About You
An Architectural Technologist or Technician with sufficient UK project experience
Strong Revit skills, which are essential for this role
Good technical knowledge and experience producing detailed construction information
Working knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction methods
Retail or multi-site rollout experience is advantageous but not essential
Comfortable juggling multiple projects and deadlines
A proactive, confident communicator who works well in a collaborative team
