Job Overview
An Interior Architect job is available in South West London with a luxury residential developer working across UK and international projects. The role suits an experienced designer with strong technical ability, material knowledge, and a detailed approach to high-end residential interiors, including restoration and contemporary wellness spaces connected to a historic listed building.
Role & Responsibilities
Produce spatial layouts and interior elevations
Prepare detailed technical drawing packages
Create finish specifications and schedules
Coordinate information across project stages
Design bespoke interior architectural elementsThe role includes collaboration with internal teams, consultants, and skilled craftsmen on large private residential projects in the UK and overseas.
Skills & Experience Required
At least 5 years in luxury residential interiors
Strong technical and detailing ability
Knowledge of classic and contemporary interiors
Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Suite
Confident coordinating project informationApplicants should have strong material awareness, experience producing detailed specifications, and the ability to support both standalone and larger residential projects.
Salary & Benefits
£45,000 - £55,000
20 days holiday plus Christmas closure and bank holidays
