Are you a Valuations Surveyor looking for more variety in your day to day?

I am working with a Local Authority who require an Interim Valuations Surveyor to join their team for an initial 12 month period.

You will be assisting the team in evaluating assets for retention and disposal, implementing the Council's disposal programme, reporting on progress and handling complex transactions, and engaging external consultants where required.

You will also manage the producing of the asset and insurance valuations, ensuring all are compliant and supervising external consultants where appointed. Valuations/negotiations on transactions connected with CPO's will also be involved.

The council work on a hybrid basis, requiring you in the office 1-2 days per week.

Speaking with individuals currently working there, the team are a friendly bunch that are willing to support and assist where required.
