Gilbert Meher Have partnered with a luxury care provider who are currently on the lookout for a Wellness Spa Manager to join one of their beautiful care villages in Letcombe Regis.
Excellent rate of pay - between £28,000 - £30,000
40 hours per week - 3 week Rota (one saturday shift every 3 weeks)

This is an excellent opportunity for a manager to join an experienced team of beauticians and fitness instructors for maternity leave cover.
You will be responsilbe for managing and maintaining day-to-day operations of the Spa and ensuring excellent customer service for all using the facilities.
You will have the follwing skills:
You will have at least 2 years management experience or experience of leading a team, along with a background working within the Spa industry.
Strong interpersonal abilities and be approachable tomembers and other employees.
Excellent administration and organisation skills
Must have great people management skills and be able to inspire and motivate a team to achieve challenging targets with luxury standards.
Have a Level 2 and 3 in either Beauty Therapy or Fitness.
