I'm working on an URGENT role from one of my Local Authority clients based in South Yorkshire - Interviewing NEXT WEEK! This is the role I'm currently working on:
Interim Senior Surveyor - South Yorkshire Local Authority - 6 month initial contract - Rate (DOE) - Hybrid working - Open to full time and part time positions!
Roles and Responsibilities include but are not limited to;
Supporting the Principle Surveyor on Strategic Property aspects in the Council
Negotiation of rent reviews and lease renewals
Visiting corporate land sites
Contribute to new lean policies, procedures and guidance.
Assist in advising the council on national legislation and guidance as it affects asset management
Contribute to the preparation of the asset management plan and other forms of asset guidance. Must be MRICS!
