Interim Senior Building Surveyor (Contract Management)
You’ll be working with a local authority in the South East as a Senior Building Surveyor, playing a key role in the Directorate’s and Council’s commitment to the delivery of affordable quality homes and carbon reduction targets within the Borough.

What they expect from you
* Be able to deal with day-to-day management of asset maintenance, repair and improvements.
* Lead on procurement of contracts to deliver programmes of work and project work.
* To be able to assist the Housing Asset Manager in targeting programmes of work.
* You will help with the Implementation of the Housing Planned Maintenance programme.
* Ensure Health & Safety compliance across the team’s activity.
