I’ve just had a client get in touch who are looking to appoint an Interim Repairs Supervisor on an initial 3–6-month contract to support repairs, planned works, contractor management, and property maintenance services across their housing portfolio.

Key responsibilities include:

• Overseeing responsive repairs, planned works, and aids & adaptations projects.

• Supervising contractors to ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.

• Carrying out inspections, surveys, and technical assessments.

• Managing customer communication, complaints, and service delivery.

• Supporting compliance across H&S, CDM, HHSRS, damp & mould, and building safety requirements.

• Monitoring contractor performance, KPIs, budgets, and operational delivery.

The client is looking for someone with experience in building surveying, repairs & maintenance, contractor management, and social housing property services.

Location: Southwest

Rate: £(Apply online only) per day

Length: 3-6 Months
