Interim Registered Manager

Description:

Panoramic Associates are seeking an experienced and compassionate Interim Registered Manager to oversee a care setting that provides support to adults with learning disabilites and complex needs. As the Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining care standards and ensuring the well-being of the service users. This is a temporary position for a period of 3-6 months, working inside IR35 regulations. Based in the East of England.

Responsibilities:

Assume overall responsibility for the day-to-day management of the service, ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and relevant legislation.
Oversee the implementation of person-centered care plans, ensuring that the needs and preferences of service users are met.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of staff members, providing guidance and support when necessary, and implementing performance improvement strategies.
Maintain effective communication channels with service users, their families, and relevant stakeholders, ensuring their involvement in decision-making processes.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to facilitate integrated care, promoting holistic well-being and independence for service users.
Conduct regular audits, risk assessments, and incident reporting, taking appropriate measures to address any identified areas of improvement or concerns.Requirements:

Proven experience in managing a regulated service.
Strong knowledge of CQC regulations
Experience working with adults with learning disabilities or complex health needs
DBS on the update service
