Private sector services organisation are looking for a Procurement Lead to manage all Professional Services spend within a regulated environment therefore, the ideal candidate will have a proven background in both Public and Private sector projects. You will be covering a range of services within this area and be used to working in a change and transformation environment. You will be a seasoned Professional Services Procurement professional who can manage stakeholders at all levels and has in-depth technical knowledge - ideally spanning multiple sectors. You will be a dynamic individual, who is extremely delivery focused and has a proven track record of working on large scale Public Sector programmes, managing multiple high value contracts across Professional Services on a multi-site/location basis.

Proven track record of procurement in the Public sector within the Professional Services category
Proven track record of working in a change and transformation environment
Experience of running end to end tenders across a range of professional services
Strong negotiator
Delivery focused and driven
Public Sector procurement experience (essential)
Working knowledge of managing suppliers and contracts for professional services
CIPS qualified (desirable)
