We're working with a forward-thinking Local Authority in Surrey looking to bring in an experienced Planned Works Surveyor to support a busy programme of works across their housing stock.
With the weather on your side and a varied patch to cover, this is a great opportunity to get out on site, carry out inspections, and deliver meaningful improvements to residents - without being stuck behind a desk all day.
The Role:
Managing and delivering planned works projects (including kitchens, bathrooms, roofing, and external works)
Carrying out site inspections, stock condition surveys, and quality checks
Overseeing contractors and ensuring works are delivered on time and to standard
Writing specifications, schedules of works, and reports
Liaising with internal teams, contractors, and residentsWhy This Role?

Strong experience in planned works within a local authority or housing association
