Strategic HR Leadership Opportunity

We are partnering with a large, highly respected organisation operating within a complex regulatory and governance environment to appoint an experienced Interim People Business Partner

Client Details

This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded and strategically focused HR professional to work directly with Executive-level stakeholders during a period of organisational change, transformation and leadership evolution.
The successful individual will act as a trusted adviser to senior leaders, providing expert guidance across workforce strategy, organisational effectiveness and change initiatives while ensuring continuity and stability within the business.

Description

Reporting into the senior People leadership team, you will partner with Executive Directors and their leadership teams across key business functions.
Responsibilities will include:

Providing strategic people partnering support to Executive-level stakeholders
Supporting organisational design and workforce planning initiatives
Advising on organisational effectiveness, leadership and capability
Influencing and coaching senior leaders through change
Supporting business transformation and cultural change programmes
Facilitating complex stakeholder and employee relations discussions where required
Building strong relationships across a matrix organisation
Acting as a trusted adviser on people strategy and riskThis role offers significant exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to contribute to an organisation undergoing meaningful transformation.

Profile

We are interested in speaking with candidates who can demonstrate:

Significant experience in a Senior HRBP, Head of HR, Interim People Business Partner or equivalent strategic partnering role
Proven experience influencing Executive Directors, Boards or senior leadership teams
Strong organisational development, workforce planning and change management capability
Experience operating within complex, highly regulated or governance-heavy environments
Excellent stakeholder management and coaching skills
The credibility and gravitas to establish trust quickly
A pragmatic, solutions-focused approach
