Interim Organics Manager (3 Months FTC) UK /South East/Midlands based ideally

Reporting to the Head of Commercial the Interim Organics Manager will leave the group in a standardised and planned manner to ensure the value of the BioFertiliser product is maximised and that all assets are following the Group BioFertiliser strategy. Some of your responsibilities will be but not limited to;

* Work within company values and best practices; Responsibility for the company’s BioFertiliser strategy; Development of the strategy in cooperation with other stakeholders; Maximising value of the Biofertiliser product; Lead of sales strategy; Branding; Storage strategy; Innovation of BioFertiliser product; Understanding of carbon, soil health and nature benefits of digestate as a BioFertiliser product; Agricultural feedstock strategy; Lead of company’s discussions regarding supply and cost of crops for AD plants; Identify and deliver opportunities for use of agricultural feedstock in food waste plants to maximise value; Lead on development and delivery of biogenic CO2 market to maximise value; Support to group messaging with particular focus on carbon, soil health and positive nature; Support future asset acquisition projects as required; Support to CTO lead asset project team; Training team members where and when required; Maximise the value of the Group BioFertiliser; Travelling to customer premises to assist their utilisation of the product’ Strategise a group wide approach to the management of the Biofetiliser

In order to be considered for the role you will have

* FACTS qualification; PAS110 experience and worked within a similar role previously, you will be; honest, approachable, can-do, flexible, consistent, a self-starter able to create strategy and roll sleeves up as required; Confident and effective communicator to all grades and levels of colleagues; Strategic and innovative thinker able to translate ideas into operational and project plans then implement them; Excellent interpersonal skills and exceptional, respectful team player; Ability to positively engage with local farmers throughout the UK.
