Description
Manage and oversee the operations within the supply chain and operations department.
Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth operations, liaise with key stakeholders to ensure orders are delivered on time.
Monitor budget and utilise resources in a cost-effective manner.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
Develop and nurture relationships with suppliers and vendors.
Identify potential risks and implement mitigation plans.
Liaise with the sales team to ensure forecasts are accurate to produce a production plan.Profile
A successful Operations Manager should have:
A degree in business management, supply chain management, or a related field.
Proven experience in supply chain within the FMCG industry.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Experience using SAP is essential.
