Florin Healthcare are excited to be working with an amazing provider for a Deputy Manager in the Somerset area. Are you an ambitious Clinical lead or Deputy Manager looking for a new challenge? Or perhaps you’re an experienced interim clinical Manager looking for a new project to help support a new home. My client is looking for an interim Clinical Manager to help and support their home and the current home manager for the next four months. You will be part of an amazing group with a brilliant reputation.
Key details
* Must have an active nursing PIN.
* Experience within a similar role or managing a clinical team.
* Excellent time management
* Be able to inspire all colleagues to provide the best care.
* Be supportive and a leader for all clinical staff members.
The service: Medium sized elderly nursing home with dementia care. Good reputation in the area and has a great team both internally and externally
