We are seeking a highly experienced Interim Manager to oversee the operations of one of our clients elderly residential homes in Portsmouth. The successful candidate will have a strong background in elderly care and dementia care. You are a passionate home manager with experience gained in a residential care home setting. You will also have an in-depth understanding of CQC compliance and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and management to ensure the effective running of the residential home.
- Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and standards.
- Engage with residents, families, and external stakeholders to maintain positive relationships.
- Address any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in elderly care and dementia care.
- In-depth knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Requirements:
- Relevant qualifications in health and social care or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a similar role within a residential care home.
