Are you a Maintenance Surveyor looking for a new role within a Housing Association?
It's that time of year when it's busy within maintenance and my client could do with an extra set of hands.
You will be working in Kent which is known for being the Garden Of England and easy transport links including the high speed into London.
This could be a great opportunity to lock something in before the New Year.
I have placed the entire team there, a friendly bunch, giving the department a big personality.
The contract will be for 6 months, however, if you are as lucky as the others, you will end up being extended further (it's a common theme).
