Interim IT Procurement Manager
Contract Role
We are seeking an experienced Interim IT Procurement Specialist to lead procurement strategy and commercial negotiations for a large-scale digital transformation programme.
This is a hands-on role focused on managing complex software licensing and supplier agreements, ensuring commercial arrangements are future-proof and deliver long-term value.
Key Responsibilities
Lead procurement and tender processes for software and implementation partners
Negotiate high-value software, SaaS, and professional services contracts
Review and optimise licensing structures to drive cost efficiency
Ensure suppliers are commercially aligned with delivery expectations
Partner with senior stakeholders to support technology investment decisions
About You
Proven experience in enterprise software and SaaS procurement
Strong track record negotiating complex vendor agreements
Expertise in licensing models and large-scale renewals
Experience sourcing professional services and implementation partners
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
