Requirements:
* NEBOSH Certificate
* Experience in the food manufacturing industry is essential
Responsibilities:
* Conducting regular inspections of the facility to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
* Developing and implementing health and safety policies and procedures
* Providing guidance and support to staff on health and safety matters
* Investigating accidents and incidents and implementing corrective actions
* Conducting risk assessments and recommending control measures
* Keeping up to date with health and safety legislation and best practices
Skills and Qualifications:
* NEBOSH Certificate
* Proven experience in health and safety advisory roles
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
