Interim HRBP | Hybrid | London | £75K + 10% completion bonus | FTC for 12 Months

Step into a role that will define the future of a workforce for one of our distinguished clients. We're seeking an experienced and proactive Interim HRBP for a 12-month fixed term contract to cover maternity leave. In this role, you'll report directly to the HR Director and collaborate with leaders and managers to implement the Group HR strategy and local HR initiatives.

Your goal? To enhance productivity, minimise costs, boost capability and performance levels, and foster a culture of employee engagement.

What You'll Contribute:

A rich background in HR, with a focus on supporting corporate functions.
Expertise in various HR specialisations: recruitment, learning and development, organisational design, reward and recognition, policy development, shared service delivery, and driving employment engagement and cultural change.
A solid history in HR generalist roles and managing change effectively.
The capacity to lead projects and change programs with a keen commercial insight.
Influential skills, using persuasive data and arguments to make your point.
Comprehensive knowledge of UK employment law, adept at applying it to a range of HR situations.
Analytical skills to transform system data into actionable insights.
The ability to craft impactful written documents, presentations, and data analyses.Your Key Skills:

Organisational skills that are second to none, with the ability to prioritise effectively.
A passion for embracing change and working at a fast pace.
Resilience and stamina that set you apart.
An independent worker who can also thrive in a team environment without constant supervision.

A customer-first approach, always anticipating and addressing the needs of stakeholders.Desirable Experience in the real estate or FM sectors is a bonus.

Proficiency in creating high-quality PowerPoint, Excel, and Word documents.
Experience with HCM systems, particularly Workday, is beneficial.Logistics:

Presence on site in their London office is required for 2 days a week, with the possibility of additional days as needed.
A willingness to travel within and outside of London for meetings.
Flexibility to undertake additional tasks as they align with the role
