Are you passionate about human resources and looking to make a meaningful impact in a vibrant and innovative environment? We have an exciting opportunity for an Interim HR Assistant to join a growing organisation for an Interim period, as the team require some support during a very busy period.
Key Responsibilities:
Employee Onboarding: Assist with new hire orientations, ensuring a smooth integration process.
Administrative Support: Manage HR documentation, employee records, and maintain our HRIS with meticulous attention to detail.
Recruitment Assistance: Support the recruitment process by posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communications.
Employee Relations: Provide frontline support for employee inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
Training and Development: Help coordinate training sessions and track employee development initiatives.
Policy Implementation: Assist in the development and enforcement of company policies and procedures.What We're Looking For:
Experience: Previous experience in an HR role is essential, as this role requires strong HR knowledge and experience, you will need to add value immediately.
Skills: Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
Tech-Savvy: Proficient with MS Office Suite and familiarity with HRIS systems.
Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
This is an urgent role, and therefore requires an individual who is immediately available or on no more than 1 week's notice.
The role is being recruited as a remote position, but you may need to travel from time to time to the Oxfordshire based office
