Interim HR Consultant (c3 months)
£400 - £450 per day – Outside IR35

A leading manufacturing/engineering business urgently requires a HR Consultant for a period of up to 3 months. To be considered you must be able to start at short notice.
The requirement has emerged due to the business going through a period of change, with the current HR team simply not having the capacity to manage this. As additional HR resource you will be responsible for delivering this change project – including undertaking consultations – whilst looking to redeploy affected employees within the business (there are no plans to make redundancies).
Due to the nature of the role, the ideal would be for the HR Consultant to be on site 5 days per week – however there is an element of flexibility on this, depending on the issues at hand.
This is a full-time position and you will need to commit to delivering this project in line with the timescales set out by the business.
