Description:

I'm looking to speak to immediately available HR Business Partners for a 6 month FTC, starting asap. Candidates will ideally have solid Business Partnering experience within a large Organisation.

As the Interim HR Business Partner you will:

Support the continued transformation and development of the business area and support all people related activity.
Deliver and support on the people life cycle activities - recruitment, performance, engagement, training and development, talent and succession planning.
Take ownership of organisational design within your business areas.

Profile

As the Interim HR Business Partner you should have:

CIPD qualification or equivalent
Strong Business Partnering skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
The ability to influence and drive change
Knowledge of HR policies and best practice
Excellent Stakeholders Management Job Offer

c£45k + Benefits

Interim HR Business Partner role - 6 month contract - candidates must be able to start asap.

The role is hybrid, with travel to the Exeter/Bristol office 2/3 days a week
