Description
Manage employee relations, including providing advice on policies and procedures.
Coordinate recruitment processes, from drafting job descriptions to onboarding new hires.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and practices.
Support line managers with performance management and appraisal processes.
Ensure compliance with employment legislation and best practices.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems.
Contribute to HR projects and initiatives that align with organisational goals.
Provide guidance on learning and development opportunities for staff.Profile
A successful Interim HR Advisor should have:
Experience in Human Resources, particularly in employee relations and recruitment.
Strong knowledge of employment law and HR policies.
