Description:

This role is an interim opportunity for 3 months with the possibility to extend to 6 months to support a business through a period of HR projects. This would be a good opportunity for an experienced HR Generalist with standalone experience to come in on short notice and support through exciting changes.

Our client is a national Consultancy organisation focused on business-led innovation in a variety of sectors based in Harwell, Oxfordshire. This role will be focused on supporting the business and internal stakeholders with employee relations cases of all levels while also reviewing and updating policies.

Description

The Interim HR Advisor will be responsible for:

Provide expert advice and support to managers and employees on all employee relations matters.

Handle complex employee relations issues including grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.

Conduct thorough investigations and ensure fair and consistent application of company policies.

Review, update, and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure they are current, compliant, and aligned with best practices.

Ensure all HR policies and procedures are up to date with current employment law.

Any adhoc HR support within the departmentProfile

The ideal Interim HR Advisor will have the following skills/qualities:

Seasoned HR Contractor with proven success in interim opportunities
Demonstrable generalist experience ideally within a standalone environment
Employee relations case management exposure
Experience in reviewing and updating company policies
Discrete, and able to maintain high levels of confidentiality and diplomacy
High level of accuracy with excellent attention to detail
Flexible approach to workload in a busy environment
Immediately Available/Available on short noticeJob Offer

The Interim HR Advisor will receive:

A competitive pay rate - up to £23 hourly rate
WFH flexibility (1 day a week in office)
3 month assignment with a possibility of extension
Free on-site parking
