Well, I am working with a Local Authority in the North West region who are looking for an Interim Development Manager to lead the council's housing development and regeneration programme.

Leading a team of multi-disciplinary professionals, you will be responsible for Housing Development (Masterplanning & Feasibility), Funding & Managing Partnerships.

Manage a pipeline of housing and mixed-use development's aligning with the Local Plan.
Advise on optimal delivery methods for opportunity sites, utilising available resources.
Lead partnerships with Homes England, housing providers, developers, and stakeholders.
Deliver a programme of affordable housing using designated HRA land and funding, and manage the HRA Business Plan.

Direct Local Authority experience is essential for this role
